Balambees Nanny Agency is a newly launched childcare provider aimed at supporting parents as childcare spaces are becoming increasingly scarce.


In order to make their agency profitable yet accessible to parents, Balambees were faced with a pricing problem.


As a result of our strategy session, Balambees changed their target audience and updated their branding to reflect their new premium brand positioning. This also include a new tiered pricing structure and enhanced offering.


Balambees re-launched with a classy brand image and offering reflected on their website, social media and other assets.
